The Active Level at ESPA at The Europe is open from 7am-6pm and for adults only (16 yrs+) from 6pm-9pm daily.
Access to The Active Level is complimentary for all guests and its facilities include an Indoor Swimming Pool with Infinity Edge, Indoor & Outdoor Vitality Pool, Thermal Suite including Sauna, Steam Room, Lifestyle Showers & Salt Water Pool. Guests can enjoy complimentary access to the state of the art Techno-Gym, Fitness Studio & onsite Fitness Classes.
Spa Guests on Half and Full Day Rituals also have access to the Active Level during their visit to ESPA at The Europe.
Note: Swimwear is required in all areas of the Thermal Suite

The Thermal Suite on the Active Level of ESPA includes; Salt Water Pool, Lifestyle Showers, Ice fountain, Sauna (80-100ºC), Steam room (42-46 ºC) and Relaxation Areas with Loungers.
The Active Level boasts a state-of-the-art Techno-Gym with integrated audio and visual system and personal Bluetooth Docking Stations, Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Weight Machines and Free Weights and a Personal Kinesis wall - designed to improve core body strength and flexibility.
Additionally our Fitness Studio is equipped with spinning bikes, TRX and Pilates Reformers.
